Benghazi Province, or Provincia di Bengazi in Italian, was one of the provinces of Libya under Italian rule. It was established in 1937.
Benghazi Province was located in northern Italian Libya, in Cyrenaica. Its administrative center was the city of Benghazi on the Mediterranean coast.
